Dosage
Single-dose therapy: Administer subcutaneously 8 mg/kg body weight (4.4 mL/100 kg) as a one-time injection.
Multi-day therapy: Administer subcutaneously 6 mg/kg body weight (3.3 mL/100 kg) with this treatment repeated once approximately 48 hours following the first injection.
